Richard Stockton College of New Jersey contracted Terminal Construction and architects KSS Architects, LLP, for their new approximately 153,000 s.f. “Campus Center.” The new Campus Center Project and related site work consisted of the demolition of existing pump rooms, retaining walls, the renovation of Chemical Prep area, maintenance of all construction fences, soil erosion and site access control measures, connection of site utilities to building systems, and the final removal of all temporary facilities.
The owner required Terminal Construction to implement practices and procedures to meet the project’s environmental goals, which included achieving a LEED Goldrating.
