Henry M. Rowan Hall is a $28 million, 95,000 sq. ft. building designed for maximum flexibility in teaching and research. Classrooms have easy access to laboratories and laboratory- support rooms. Non-load-bearing walls separate classroom and laboratory modules, providing flexible space that can be easily modified as the need arises.

The technology spine is another key feature of the building’s flexibility. The technology spine provides the infrastructure for both a wet and dry lab in every space within Rowan Hall. Computers are connected via a terrestrial and wireless network throughout the building allowing students and faculty to make optimum use of today’s technology.
