Residence Halls —Union, NJ
The Kean University Project involves the construction of two new Residence Halls on the campus in Union, New Jersey. It includes the construction of a seven story 414 bed Upper-class Hall that includes a 300 seat cafeteria and an adjacent eight story, 434 bed Freshman Hall. The complex totals approximately 250,00 square feet of space, the vast majority of which is precast concrete load-bearing and non-load-bearing exterior and interior walls and hollow core precast concrete plank, although the project includes some pedestrian plaza, underground storm water management facilities, utility work, vehicular and pedestrian pavements and landscaping.
